You can schedule an appointment by calling our main office at (219) 879-4621. Our team will help you connect with the right service and provider for your needs.

The Center does not generally require referrals to provide services, but some insurance plans require them to start, and at regular intervals during treatment.

The first time you come into the Center, you will be asked to complete registration documents to get started. One of our Customer Service Representatives will meet with you and assist with gathering the required information to move forward in treatment.  You will then meet, or be scheduled to meet, a licensed professional who will listen to your concerns and discuss your goals. Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan that best fits your needs.

Yes. Swanson Center accepts most major insurance plans and Medicaid. If you don’t have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on your income to ensure services remain affordable and accessible.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All sessions and records are kept confidential in compliance with state and federal privacy laws.
